When you fill in one of the forms on this website (Request Pickup, Book our service or Send A Message), we collect the details you enter:
- your first and last name
- your email address and phone number
- your address, where you give it
- the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message box
We also record the date and time of the request and which page it was sent from.
If you call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us in that conversation.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
- to arrange, carry out and follow up a collection or clearance you ask for
- to keep a record of the work we have done for you
We use your information because you have asked us to provide a service or a quote, and because we have a legitimate interest in running our business and keeping proper records. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
- Our team and the partners who help us run this website and handle bookings. Each form is sent by email to the people who deal with enquiries.
- Brevo, the email service that delivers form messages to us.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores a copy of each form request on the website's server so that no enquiry is lost.
We only share what each of them needs to do their job.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site. It also uses a call and form tracking script to measure which enquiries come from the website. These tools may set cookies in your browser. Our website is also delivered through Cloudflare, which may set a cookie needed for security.
Pages with a map show Google Maps, and our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when these load. If you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work we carry out, and for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. After that we delete it.
